SENATE BILL NO. 364 "An Act relating to liability for expenses of                                   
placement in certain mental health facilities; relating to the mental                               
health treatment assistance program; and providing for an effective                                 
date" was read the second time.                                                                     
                                                                                                    
Senator Dyson, Chair, moved and asked unanimous consent for the                                     
adoption of the Health, Education and Social Services Committee                                     
Substitute offered on page 2774. Senator Ellis objected, then withdrew                              
his objection. There being no further objection, CS FOR SENATE                                      
BILL NO. 364(HES) was adopted.                                                                      
                                                                                                    
Amendment No. 1 was not offered.                                                                    
                                                                                                    
Senator Ben Stevens moved and asked unanimous consent that the bill                                 
be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading and placed on final                              
passage. Senator Ellis objected.

will be on the May 5 calendar.
